Once plans are filed and approved, we will bid out all trades, level sub contractors, and begin buyouts.
While we have a long list of trusted subs we're happy to add any new team to the mix.
We'll also coordinate insurance and ensure the proper legal indemnities are in place.

For larger ground up projects we'll coordinate Demolition, Site Safety Plans, and neighbor access agreements. We'll coordinate enviornmental test, soil removal, and soil manifest. We'll coordinate support of excavation plans and oversee piles and underpinning. Upon completion we'll begin foundation and all manage all the associated Technical Reports.

Once the building is rising from the ground we'll manage the super structure subs including the running of all sleeves and site safety. Right on the heels of the superstructure will be the facade install. Before you know it the building tops out windows and roof will be installed.

Whether a groundup or interior gut renovation, its is extremely important that framing and mechanical install is done right.
This process involves the framer, electrician, plumber, and HVAC installer. We'll compare shop drawings to architectural/MEP design to ensure contructability. On larger projects we'll oversee the elevator install as well.

There is no better feeling then closing walls. At this point in the project we'll coordinate the different trades whether it be the tiler or wood installer so that the final product looks beutiful.
Bathrooms
Nothing speaks more to luxury than a stunning bathroom. Installing the fixtures and tiles at this point in the project is extremely exciting.

Doors and Moldings. Easy and fun. At this point in the project the final mile in the marathon is in sight. We'll oversee the carpenters and make sure our project deadline is within reach.

Different levels of finishes speak volumes. Here we make sure that walls are seamless, straight, and maintian a high quality level 4 or 5 finsih.

The crown jewel of every home is the kitchen. We'll help coordinate MEP subs with the cabnitry and appliance installers. Last we'll oversee the stone countertops and backsplashes.

Getting signoffs is important for all jobs. We'll deal with the expeditors, DOB, and DOB inspectors.

Moving in is in sight! Now its time to take care of the smaller blemishes in the construction. All construction will have a scratch here or there, an outlet that may not work, or a faucet that gets too hot or cold. We'll stick around and make sure all the subs return to the jobsite and complete 100% of their work to the highest standard.
